How can I track my order?

As well as being notified by email, you can check the progress and status of your order by logging into your souqfort account and clicking on “My Account” > Dashboard > My Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the status of that product.

When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, and once it’s out for delivery you will receive call from our delivery partner to confirm your availability and timing.

All orders will be shipped and handled by our delivery partners.
