Estimated delivery dates depend on the vendor’s processing time. Usual order processing time takes 1-2 business days. Delivery details are provided for each product in the product page and during checkout. In addition, there is the collection time of our courier from the vendor and finally delivery to the customer. For example, if a vendor prepares the product on the same day of receiving the order, it is possible that the delivery time would happen within a minimum of 1 business day.
Souqfort aims to fulfill the delivery within the provided delivery time. However, deliveries may take more time than usual, depending on the vendor’s processing times and other circumstances. You can track the status of your order in your Orders Dashboard. And in cases of delays with the delivery of your order, you can send a follow-up note directly from your order, or you can contact our customer service team at support@souqfort.com, to give you more information about your order status.
